❗️Error: Looks like something went wrong. Please retry.

The error shows up after you login to Drova profile but did not receive the option to scan QR code or enter your mobile phone number to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

If this happens, please ensure your device's clock is set up correctly by following one of guides below.

Windows

1. Open Control Panel

2. Click on Clock and Region

3. Select: Set the Time and Date then Change date and time

4. Set to correct date and time

MacOS

1. Open the System Preferences

2. Search Date & Time in the search option


3. Make sure you tick on Set time and date automatically
