First time logging in with MFA

First time logging in with MFA

Welcome to Drova GRC

1. Welcome email

As a new user of your organisation's GRC system, you will receive a welcome email from the system. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please reach out to your system administrators internally.

For users: Please bookmark your organisation's site URL which is noted at the bottom of this welcome email.

For system administrators: Please coordinate with internal IT teams to whitelist the following email no-reply@information.drova.com which is used by the system to send out email notifications. If this email is blocked, users will not receive relevant email notifications from the system.

2. Set up MFA

Click on the link in the email which will take you to the universal login page. Drova GRC is a GRC product that has been consolidated with DROVA's other product offerings to utilise the same secure login process to protect your users and data from any cyber breaches.

Instructions for initially setting up Drova GRC MFA

1. On the universal login page, input your email.

2. Select Forgot Your Password as a new user.

3. Set up your new password.

4. Return to the universal login page and input your email and password.

5. From there, add your preferred authentication method to finalise the setup of your MFA login.

Options include:

  • Authenticator application (e.g. Google authenticator/Microsoft authenticator etc) - utilises QR code

  • SMS - utilises secure 6-digit code

3. Log in to the GRC system

Once your chosen MFA method has been set up and your login has been finalised, please click on your organisation's site URL (bookmarked) and this should now take you straight into your system.

4. Logging in again after the first time

To log in to your organisation's GRC system again after the first time, click on your organisation's site URL (bookmarked). This will take you to the universal DROVA login page from which you can authenticate your login to then access your organisation's GRC system.

For users: Please make sure you have an authenticator app downloaded on your device and readily available.

For any issues logging in, please initially reach out to your internal system administrators.

For any continued issues, please reach out to our Support team at support@drova.com.
