💡 Tip: Important business services also known as critical operations, impact tolerance also known as tolerance levels.

When you add a important business service or resource, you need to set the impact tolerance and recovery time objective. You can choose to measure this impact in Days or Hours.

To update time unit settings, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to top right Actions and select Settings.

2. Choose the prefer time units (Days or Hours) to measure impact.

ℹ️ Note: Durations shorter than 24 hours are displayed as one full day for consistency.

3. Click Save changes.
