View and download records

ℹ️ This feature is accessible to Administrators and all other non-admin users who have at least View access.

Once you've captured and mapped all key records, including important business services (also known as critical operations), critical processes, and resources, you can view and download the records in either a Details or Charts format.

View records

To change the viewing format of your records, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Overview tab, go to the top right ☰ Actions menu.
    ​

  2. Select View as Details or Charts from the drop-down menu.

πŸ’‘Tip for Charts View:

  • When viewing in Charts, you'll see an organisational chart presenting all important business services for easy access.

  • Clicking on an important business services card will reveal all the underlying critical processes and resources.

  • Each important business services card has an Action Menu (three lines) for editing or deleting the record.

  • For critical process cards, you can use the Action Menu (three lines) to edit or delete the record, and you can also add a resource directly to a critical process card.

Download records

To download your key records, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Overview tab, go to the top right ☰ Actions menu.
    ​

  2. Select View as Charts from the drop-down menu.
    ​

  3. Locate the Actions menu (three lines) on the right of the chart and select Download.
    ​

  4. Choose to download all or specific important business service records.
    ​

  5. Choose how you want to view the records:

    • Details: Download the records as an Excel file.

    • Chart: Download the records as a PDF file.
      ​

  6. Click Start to download the records and the file will be downloaded to your default downloads folder.
