Set an Event Task as a Blind Task

Note: The following is also applicable to the Registers Module.

  1. Open an Event record to open it from either the ‘My Summary | Current Tasks’ tab, 'My Summary | My Events' tab or from the Events records List.

  2. The selected Event record is displayed.

  3. Click the ‘Tasks’ tab. The Tasks tab content is displayed.

  4. On the Tasks tab, either:

    • Click an Event Task in the list to edit it (Note, if generated into Current Task it cannot be edited), or

    • Click the ‘New Task’ icon to create a new Event Task.

  5. The ‘New Task’ or ‘Edit Task’ window is displayed (‘New Task’ window is shown below).


  6. On the ‘Description’ tab, click the ‘Blind Task’ option (see highlighted above).

  7. Edit the other fields of the Event Task as required.

  8. Click the ‘Save’ icon to create or update the Event Task. When this task is generated into a Current Task, it will be a blind Current Task.
