Set a Risk Treatment as a Blind Task

  1. Open a Risk from the ‘My Tasks’ page or the ‘Risks’ page.

  2. The selected Risk page is displayed.

  3. On the Risk page, click the ‘Treatments’ tab.

  4. The Treatments tab content is displayed.

  5. On the Treatments tab, either:

    • Click a Risk Treatment in the list to edit it, or

    • Click the ‘New Treatment’ icon to create a new Risk Treatment.

  6. The ‘New Task’ or ‘Edit Task’ popup window is displayed (‘New Task’ window shown below).


  7. In the ‘Details’ tab of the ‘New Task’ or ‘Edit Task’ window, click the ‘Blind Task’ option (see above).

  8. Edit the other fields of the Risk Treatment as required.

  9. Click the ‘Save’ icon to create or update the Risk Treatment.
