Send invitations to stakeholders

⚠️Good to know: The billing will commence when the first external stakeholder is invited to take the survey. External stakeholders include any individuals added into the community, customers, investors or suppliers groups.

To send the materiality survey to stakeholders, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Assessments on the left-hand navigation menu.
    ​

  2. Click the expand icon next to ESG materiality to display your available assessments.
    ​

  3. Click the three lines icon to the far right of the assessment you wish to share, then select Send invitations.
    ​

  4. Select the stakeholders you wish to share the assessment with, and click Send in the top right-hand corner.

  5. Your stakeholders will receive an e-mail prompting them to complete the assigned assessment.
    ​
