Completing a KRI Task

Note: The term KRI is configurable within Drova and may be called something different within your organisation. If you are unsure, speak to your site administrator. 

Complete a KRI Task via your ‘My Summary’ Page:

1. Identify the KRI Task in the ‘Current Tasks’ list.

2. Click the ‘Complete Task’ icon (or ‘Complete Overdue Task’ icon) to the right of the Task.

3. The ‘Complete KRI Task’ popup window is displayed.

‘Details’ tab

Fill in the details, noting that a comment may or may not be mandatory, depending on how the task has been set up. 

‘Measurement’ tab

Fill in the details on the ‘Measurement’ tab.

Attachments’ tab

Attach any supporting documents relating to Task completion.

Complete a Task

1. On your ‘My Summary’ Page, select the ‘Current Tasks’ tab.

2. Identify the KRI Task in the ‘Current Tasks’ tab.

3. Click the ‘Complete Task’ icon (or ‘Complete Overdue Task’ icon) to the right of the Task.

4. The ‘Complete KRI Task’ popup window is displayed.

5. Fill in the required information on:

   • the ‘Details’ tab,

   • the ‘Measurement’ tab, and

   • the ‘Attachments’ tab.

6. Click the ‘Task Completed’ icon

   

   to complete the Task.

Note: Depending on your system configuration settings, a ‘Task Not Completed’ icon may also be displayed:
