How to Edit Previous Month’s KRI Measurements

1. You can update previous month’s KRI (Key Risk Indicator) measurements in the system to correct values, ratings, or other details.
   

2. To update a KRI History record, a Position must be a member of a Security Group with Edit access to that record. The updating of the History record is done separately on each of the tabs. Follow the steps below to make amendments:
   

Steps to Edit KRI Measurements

1. Select the KRI record which needs amendment from the Key Metrics Module. Select Measurement Tab.

2. On the Measurement tab, click the Update History icon.

3. Select the period you're wanting to update from Due Date field, and click the Pencil icon under Details.

4. Enter a Reason for the update, the update fields as required.

5. An update to the Value will prompt you to review Trend and Rating message. Change these as required.

6. Click Save. The window will close and a confirmation message will appear. (Or, click X to cancel the update).

Note: No additional action is required from your side after saving. The updated measurements will now reflect in your reports and dashboards.
