Un-publish material issues
You can remove default and custom content, such as GRI-based themes and issues, ensuring that the final report can be customised to align with any existing frameworks.
How to un-publish material issues

Navigate to the Material Issues tab.

Choose a theme, it can be a default theme.

Click the Item menu and select Change to draft.

Select the material issue(s) you want to save as draft.

Click Save as draft.
How to publish material issues

Navigate to the Material Issues tab.

Choose a theme/issue that is currently in draft.

Click the Item menu and select Save and publish.

Select the material issue(s) you want to save and publish.

Click Save and publish.
ℹ️ Note: Published material issues will appear in new Materiality Assessments.
