Creating and Customising Self-Assessment Reports

Drova's Operational Resilience module allows you to easily create, customise, and download self-assessment reports. These reports help you identify gaps, prepare for disruptions, and ensure compliance, making them the ideal starting point for your operational resilience journey.

Follow these steps to create, customise, and download your self-assessment report:

Please note that these reports are only visible to admins of the site or module.

Step 1: Open the Predesigned Template

  • Select 'Get Started' or 'Create Report' from the Operational Resilience module.

Step 2: Navigating and Editing the Report

  • Navigate through the predesigned template by selecting the arrow icons.

  • Edit the report content by selecting the 'Edit Report' icon at the top-right corner.

Step 3: Customising Your Report

  • Scroll through the editable report page, where you can modify all elements directly.

  • Preview changes by selecting the preview icon at the top of the page.

When in the design view of your report, you will be able to select into and edit areas such as the executive summary.

You will also have the ability to add your own imagery by following the steps below:

If you are wanting to make further adjustments to the report beyond text and imagery, then please follow the step 4.

Step 4: Adding Widgets and Data

You can enhance your report by adding charts, and data from your Operational Resilience module:

  • This is done by dragging in your desired chart through the widget section on the left side of the screen

  • From here you can open your properties menu on the right side, select the data tab at the top, and then can drag through your desired data sets that you want shown in the chart, as shown below:

Step 5: Saving Your Changes

  • Click the 'Save Changes' icon at the top-right corner to store your updates made to the reports.

Step 6: Updating Report Status

  • Easily manage the report lifecycle by updating its status to:

    • In Progress – when actively working on the report.

    • In Review – when awaiting feedback or approval.

    • Completed – when your self-assessment report is finalised.

This can be found when outside of the report, as shown below:

Your report is now ready to guide your organisation towards greater operational resilience.
