Run a scenario test
ℹ️ This feature is only accessible to Administrators.
💡 Tip: Important business services also known as critical operations, scenario testing also knowns as scenario analysis.
Run a scenario test
After adding the business service or resource test plans and tasks for the test plans, you can run a scenario test from a test plan by following the steps below:
Navigate to the Scenario Testing tab to access all test plans in the library.
Expand the specific test plan and select Run a test now.
Alternatively, click on the Actions Menu (three lines) next to a specific test plan name and select Run test.
A new screen will display for adding your test details. Name your test to easily identify it.
Select which role shall own the test or you can select Assign to me if you want to own it. Test Owner can view, edit, and delete a test.
Select Run test now to run your scenario test.
To view the details of a scenario test, select the View details option next to a specific scenario test name. The View Details panel provides access to an overview of the key parameters set for the scenario test.
Alternatively, click on the Actions Menu (three lines) next to a specific scenario test name and select View details.
