How to delete and retain schedule reports

Delete a Scheduled Report

  1. Access Scheduled Reports to view the Scheduled Report list.

  2. Click the Delete this Schedule Report 1 icon.

  3. The ‘Confirm’ delete window appears. Click OK to delete, or click Cancel.

Show Retained Reports

  1. Access Scheduled Reports to view the Scheduled Report list.

  2. Click the Show Retained Reports 1 icon.

  3. The ‘Retained Reports’ window will display. Find the date of the Report of interest and click the View the Report 1icon.

  4. The ‘Report’ window will display containing the chosen report. If required, the report can be downloaded by clicking the Download 1 icon.

Note Reports are retained for 12 months.
