Linking Risks with Compliance Processes

  1. From the Main Menu, select Risks | Work with Risk Records.

  2. The Risks Page will be displayed.

  3. In the Risks List, click the Risk that you want to link Compliance Records too, or unlink Compliance Records from.

  4. The Risk Page is displayed for the current Risk.

  5. On the Risk Page, click the ‘Linked Compliance’ tab.

  6. The ‘Linked Compliance’ tab details are displayed.

Link a Compliance Process

  1. On the ‘Linked Compliance’ tab, click the Compliance Selector and choose a Compliance from the drop-down list.

  2. Click the ‘Link Compliance’ icon to link the selected Compliance Process to the current Risk.

  3. Check that the Compliance Process is displayed in the Compliance List.

Unlink a Compliance Process

  1. On the ‘Linked Compliance’ tab, click the ‘Unlink Compliance’ icon next to the Compliance Process that you want to unlink.

  2. A ‘Confirm Delete’ dialog is displayed.

  3. In the ‘Confirm Delete’ dialog, click the OK button to unlink the Compliance Process.

  4. Check that the Compliance Process is no longer displayed in the Compliance List
