Adding or Removing an Occurrence/Contingency Action
Note: The Risk-related term ‘Occurrence’ is configurable and may be different on your system.Add an Occurrence/Contingency Action from the Risk Page:
Click the Risk tab from anywhere within the GRC platform.
The Risks List is displayed.
In the Risks List, click the Risk that you want to add an Occurrence/Contingency Action to.
Select the Occurrence/Contingency tab on the left hand side.
Note: this tab can be configured ON/OFF so if it is not visible, please contact your site Administrator. Please also be aware, the naming of this tab is also configurable so if in doubt, contact your site Administrator or the Drova team for assistance.The ‘Occurrence/Contingency’ tab details are displayed.
On the ‘Occurrence/Contingency’ tab, click the ‘Actions’ tab.

On the ‘Actions’ tab, click the ‘New Action’ ico
The ‘New Action’ popup window is displayed.

- Risk Number: This provides visibility and confirmation on which Risk you are adding the Action to.
- Severity: Update the severity to the appropriate status.
- Details: Enter the details of the Action. Use formatting for clear instructions.
- Save: Don't forget to click Save!
- Close popup: Click the X to close out of the popup if you want to leave the popup prior to saving.
Remove an Occurrence/Contingency Action
In the Action List, click the ‘Delete’ icon next to the Action that you want to remove.
A ‘Confirm Delete’ dialog is displayed.
In the ‘Confirm Delete’ dialog, click the OK
button to remove the Action.
Check that the Action is no longer displayed in the Action List.
